i can't think of anything to talk about lately. i don't want to blab about my so-called "college life" because i don't think i'm really in college yet. but anyway, i just want to mention that i'm going to school tomorrow. (sunday). well, not really "school" but its part of school. nstp. we are going to have our nstp in our intramuros campus. that's why! tsktsk!
how do you deal with something you don't know about? im asking this because our lesson in computer is very "basic" for our prof but i don't have a single idea of what he is talking about. shet! pano kaya yun?! ang course ko pa naman din computer science!! halliirrr?! nakakahiya!! ung iba kong klasmeyts mukang magaling na. sana kunwari lang yun! hehe!!
whaaaddaaa!?
i thought i said im not going to talk about college! aaaaaarrghh!! i just can't stop thinking about it anymore! shit!
alam ko na, im going to talk about my friends. hayy.. parang mejo naiinis na ako sa kanila. kasi lately, feeling ko, ako na lang ang nagke-care sa friendship namin. tsk! kasi..ewan ko! may mga new friends na sila sa mga schools nila. tapos, parang nagbago na ung isa. parang dati, sha yung pinaka-"go" sa lahat ng bagay, pero ngayon, ayaw ng magparamdam. pero pag nagkikita, ok naman, pero parang hindi na sha yun! tapos parang umangas pa! o dba?! a lot has changed simula nung tumungtong sha sa college! bakit ba?! ako hindi pa naman ganon..siguro dahil 1week pa lang akong pumapasok..pero kahit na! i know who my real friends are and im sticking with them. im stuck and i like it. the problem is, ARE THEY STICKING WITH ME?
Smooth and creamy with a few rough bits mixed in, you are a real treat! You are probably very popular amongst your friends. Remember too much of a good thing is not always good! Don't lay it on too thick!
haaayy..yep! its officially my fourth day in college! well, nothing really happened because i only had one class and my prof did not appear. hindi man lang nagpakita ng anino. hehe! when he entered our classroom yesterday, it was as if martial law na! he's strict. he also introduced us his bro, who will be our sub if ever he would miss a class because of meetings or whatever. o dba? bigtime! but like what i have said, he did not come, and so is his bro! tsk! corrupt! i was forced to go home early. sayang yung damit ko!
the school's ok but the books are so expensive. then the prof that i was talking about, he forced us to buy a book for tomorrow. he said we'll get a minus grade of we appear not having a book. and the book costs 550 pesos! tsk! and the pe/nstp uniforms, they cost more than a thousand bucks! haaaayy..
that's all for now. i have to put a plastic cover on my book. iingatan ko na. mahal yun e! hehe!
peace.
ganda nya no?! sha favorite character ko sa Smallville e!wala lang..sharing!!
:( this is so not good. im home alone today because like what i've said before, my regular classes will start on the 12th and its only the 6th. 6 more days to go and that's it, NO MORE VACATION..for three and a half years!
but anyways, i still have a good news. i finally logged in to our institute's online something..basta! i can't explain. im new to it anyway.
you know what, i expected someone to comment on my "article" kuno..you know, yesterday's blog. but its ok!
i just want to share that i watched Death to Smoochy a while ago in HBO. i also like that film. im a fan of robin williams. i think he's a really great and versatile actor. :!:
hay..SMALLVILLE na mamaya! yahoooo! it seems as if its been so long since i last watched Smallville. i just hope..and PRAY HARD, that there would be no cable black-out tonight. naku ha! yang meralco na yan..pag yung Smallville hindi ko napanood..patay na! ok! that's all for now. i don't have any more to say anyway. paalam!
haha! i watched the 2nd game of Shakeys VLeague yesterday and it was a very good game. on the 1st set, La Salle has the momentum but when the 2nd set came, UST regained momentum until the 4th set.
actually, i was hoping La Salle would win so there would be a game 3 because i want to watch it live in the Lyceum Gym. :(
my favorite players on the court were Gotis, Penetrante, Remulla, Santos, Reyes and Saet from the DLSU team while on the other team, its Pano, Co Yu Kang, and Balse.
on the other hand, Ginebra wins the 3rd game yesterday at 94-84. iba pa rin ang barangay Ginebra! woohoo! ang astig talaga nina Menk, Caguioa tsaka Helterbrand! haha! i hope i could watch the 4th game!
UAAP would be opening this coming Saturday. yahoo! on the 11th, archrivals AdMU and DLSU will come face to face once again. haha! i hope (again) that i could watch the game. i hope my friend could buy us some ticket since she's in AdMU.
anyway, i haven't watched my school play in the NCAA yet. but according to the news, my school has a clean record and has no losses yet. sana naman makapanood na ako, kahit sa tv lang!!
haynako! why am i talking about this?! well, basically because i don't have anything else to talk about. nothing really happened yet since its only 12:40 in the afternoon and yesterday was ALL-DAY TV day! haha! my eyes were either glued to the computer or the tv. grabe! addict! but its ok since next monday, IM FINALLY GOING TO SCHOOL! haha! :D
yun na muna!
ay! before i say byebye, i want to share the im really glad that i finally used my online album. after 10 years! :P
here is another short story that would probably leave you thinking..
THINK ABOUT IT
A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other disused. Only one child played on the disused track, the rest on the operational track.
The train came, and you were just beside the track interchange. You could make the train change its course to the disused track and saved most of the kids.
However, that would also mean the lone child playing by the disused track would be sacrificed. Would you rather let the train go its way?
Let's take a pause to think what kind of decision we would make...
Most people might choose to divert the course of the train, and sacrifice only one child. You might think the same way, I guess. Exactly, I thought the same way initially because to save most of the children at the expense of only one child was rational decision most people would make, morally and emotionally. But, have you ever thought that the child choosing to play on the disused track had in fact made the right decision to play at a safe place?
Nevertheless, he had to be sacrificed because of his ignorant friends who chose to play where the danger was.
This kind of dilemma happens around us everyday. In the office, community, in politics and especially in a democratic society, the minority is often sacrificed for the interest of the majority, no matter how foolish or ignorant the majority are, and how farsighted and knowledgeable the minority are.
The child who chose not to play with the rest on the operational track was sidelined. And in the case he was sacrificed, no one would shed a tear for him.
The friend who forwarded me the story said he would not try to change the course of the train because he believed that the kids playing on the operational track should have known very well that track was still in use, and that they should have run away if they heard the train's sirens.
If the train was diverted, that lone child would definitely die because he never thought the train could come over to that track!
Moreover, that track was not in use probably because it was not safe. If the train was diverted to the track, we could put the lives of all passengers on board at stake!
And in your attempt to save a few kids by sacrificing one child, you might end up sacrificing hundreds of people to save these few kids.
While we are all aware that life is full of tough decisions that need to be made, we may not realize that hasty decisions may not always be the right one. [LINE]
nice isn't it?
anyway, i just want to share that i just watched SO CLOSE on AXN awhile ago. it was so good. ASTIG! i wasn't able to watch it from the beginnig because i was browsing the channels and what the programs were. when i clicked on channel 24, there it was. the maneuvers and gadgets used were so good. im planning to buy a vcd or a dvd of it. haha! i really liked it! which do you think should i buy? dvd or vcd? if i buy the original vcd copy, it would cost me less but of course, there are less features. if i buy the original dvd, it would cost me more than my allowance for 5 days! but of course, it'll be worth it. i want to buy the pirated but my conscience is bugging me. you know, anti-piracy!
HEARTYHEART, im wondering why you are wondering why im gay. but don't worry, im not mad. im actually surprised. but its ok! anyway, like what i've said, im not gay. im actually a 17 y/o girl with a very boring life and trying to spice things up with my blogs. im an incoming college freshie. how about you? tell me more about yourself.
shucks! I WANT TO WATCH SPIDERMAN2 NOW! people around me are already itching to tell me what happened. it feels as if im the only one who haven't watched it yet. well, im supposed to watch it last friday with my friends but one of my friend already watched it earlier that day with her blockmates. i don't know when my other two friends are planning to watch it. im not even sure if they already watched it with other people. i hope not coz i sacrificed watching spiderman in glorietta because im hoping we'd go together. haaayyy..
anyway, that's all for now. im going to watch the finals of Shakey's V-league in a little while. it's UST vs. La Salle. if UST wins, they're gonna be the champs! i hope La Salle does well because i want a third game! hehe!
THE BARBER A man went to a barber shop to have his hair and his beard cuta as always. He started to have a good conversation with the barber who attended to him. They talked about so many things and various subjects. Suddenly they touched the subject of God.
The barber said: "Look, man, I don't believe God exists as you say so." "Why do you say that?" asked the customer.
"Well, it's so easy, you just have to go outin the streets to realize that God does not exist. Oh, tell me, if God existed, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be no suffering nor pain. I can't think of a God who permits al of these things."
The customer stopped for a moment thinking but he didn't want to respond so as to prevent an argument.
The barber finished his job and the customer went out of the shop. Just after he left the barber shop he saw a man in the street with a long hair and beard (it seems that it had been a long timesince he had his cut and he looked so untidy). Then the customer again entered the barber shop and he said to the barber, "Know what? Barbers do not exist."
"How come they don't exist?" asked the barber. "Well I am here and I am a barber."
"No!" the customer exclaimed. "They don't exist because if they did there would be no people with long hair and beard like that who walks in the street."
"Ah, barbers do exist, what happens is that people do not come to me."
"Exactly!" affirmed the customer. "That's the point. God does exist. What happens is people don't go to Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world." [LINE]
today was our last day in my math class. shucks! im finally going to school, COLLEGE to be exact, after 9 days! whew! imagine, after the vacation i had last april and may, im going to have another vacation. only this time, its gonna be the last since in our INSTITUTE, we have this quarterm type of system or something.
anyway, i had a great time today. our beloved professor just came back and as expected, we had lots of fun. sobra na itu! grabe talaga! im gonna miss him. he told us that he's gonna be our prof IF we last until 2nd year. well, i hope i go that far. but im having this second thoughts about school. basta, i'll just tell this next time!
then, after class, we went to G4. its my classmate's birthday today and she was so nice to treat us. seven of us were supposed to go there but due to some reasons, they backed out and only the four of us were left.
these guys are really great. we walked and talked non-stop! then another classmate of mine appeared and walked with us to the MRT. haha! ansaya-saya talaga!
we also had this usapan that we're gonna meet on our first day of school. we're gonna stick together coz we have this rival group. hehe! wala lang.
im quite scared about going to school. waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh! pero ok lang, at least may mga friendships nako. kahit they're on other programs/courses. ok ndn yun. its a good start.
btw, im watching Shallow Hal. i love this movie. it's so nice and sweet. i hope people are more like Hal.
im not really sure why i chose that line to be my subject! but anyway, i guess i have so much to thank, not really because its friday!
1: the cable's ok and i don't have to watch anime and mexican telenovelas *no offense guys! im just not into these stuff* 2: im going to the mall today! yahoooo! 3: im going to the mall today..WITH MY FRIENDS! mas yahooooo! 4: im going back to our INSTITUTE tomorrow to take the final assessment! *i guess that's not really that of a good news!*

first of all, i wanted to thank heartyheart for adding my blog as a link to her blog. visit it at heartyheart.tblog.com. the layout is very friendly! thanks again. :D
nothing really happened today. i woke up at almost 12 noon. hehe! then i ate my brunch and opened the tv. but unfortunately, the cable's still out so i had to watch this tagalized mexican telenovela on one of the 4 channels left in the tv.
it's 2:43 in the afternoon and its sooooooo hot outside. but you know what, there's a storm/typhoon in our country. the name is IGME. now im wondering where the hell is this typhoon now? it's sooooo hot!
anyway, i guess that's all for now. there's really nothing exciting to tell. im gonna go now and eat my ginatang mais and turon!
haynako, today is a very ugly day! i hate this day!
first of all, it was our orientation. i met this two girls na parang kung umasta e 'kala mo kung sino talaga! napaka! ansarap pag-untugin e! :x nwei, nag orientation na nga kami kanina. for the first time, a had a glimpse of all the ComSci students of our "Institute". ok lang naman. kaso parang nasa "extremes" ung mga tao dun. kung hindi mo papansinin, talagang hindi. tapos ung mga magkakakilala naman, sila lang talaga yung mga "naghahari". nakakairita talaga!
the best part of the whole orientation was OUR prof giving a short background of some do's and dont's in our "Institute". kakaiba talaga yun. ang saya paga sya ung nagsasalita. *im talking about our prof in mathplus* wala lang, all-ears pag sha ung nasa mic e! ang sarap sumigaw sa auditorium kanina ng "PROF KO YAN!" shucks! ang galing.
tapos ng orientation namin, the id's were released. since im so stupid, i lined up with the wrong people. buti na lang may pagka-tsismosa ako, narinig ko yung usapan ng mga tao na kesho ganun, ganyan, etc.. kaya yun, nakalipat ako ng linya before it was too late. and finally, i got my id. SHIYET na MALAGKIT! ang sagwa! ang pangit talaga! yung picture parang ewan, tapos yung signature din parang grade 1 yung pumirma. ni hindi pa buo. naputol ata or something! basta! masagwa! and to think na gagamitin ko yun for 3 years! naku talaga!
anyway, im really looking forward to meeting my mathplus friends this saturday. that might be our last meeting but im keeping my fingers crossed. yuck! arte! sana kasi hindi pa. we've missed 3 sessions ata! ewan ko lang..basta parang ganon. e yun.
nga pala, last saturday, i went to Glorietta with 2 of my mathplus friends. basta masaya lang nung saturday. kaya yun. mashado nang mahaba kung ikukwento ko pa e! next time na lang pag wala na akong maikwento.
yep! im down in the dumps today. my friends and i were supposed to meet today but because of "stuff", we weren't able to meet.
a week before, we met. and THAT was fun! i missed my friends. we haven't seen each other for about a week. *we're not used to it since we practically see each other everyday when we were in hs!* so we made it a point to see each other weekly. yep! mushy? yeah, i guess it is. but what can i do, i love 'em!
nyay! i hope i find a good outfit for tomorrow too. im not after a GREAT outfit, i just want a good one. hehe!
